These Terms govern access to this website, its booking tools and related services. The services are operated by Punica Finance Inc., operating as PunicaxAI, with a registered address at 100 Harbour Street, Unit 1201, Toronto, Ontario M5J 0B5, Canada.
Bookkeeping services themselves are governed by a separate written engagement agreed with each client before work begins. Where that engagement and these Terms differ, the engagement governs.
Scope of services
We provide bookkeeping and accounting support. We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice, and we do not represent clients before the CRA.
Where tax filing, tax advice or CRA representation is required, we coordinate with your accountant or tax professional. We do not act in their place.

Your responsibilities
Accurate bookkeeping depends on complete and timely information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the records and documents you provide, for authorising payments, and for filings made in your business’s name.

The content, design and materials on this website belong to Punica Finance Inc. unless stated otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For business users, the courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Consumers keep all rights and remedies that cannot be waived under the laws of their province or territory, and nothing here requires a consumer to give up a mandatory right to bring a claim in another legally permitted forum.
