Consultations booked through this website are provided by Punica Finance Inc., operating as PunicaxAI, 100 Harbour Street, Unit 1201, Toronto, Ontario M5J 0B5, Canada.
Consultations are free
Introductory consultations carry no charge. There is no payment to make, no deposit and nothing to refund. If that changes, these terms will be updated before any fee is taken and the fee will be shown clearly at the point of booking.
Rescheduling and cancelling
You can reschedule or cancel at any time using the links in your booking confirmation email. No notice period is required and there is no penalty.
We would appreciate as much notice as you can give, simply so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated no-shows may result in our asking you to email instead of booking.
If you are running late
Join whenever you can and we will use the time that remains. If more than 15 minutes have passed with no contact, we may treat the booking as a no-show and release the slot — you are welcome to book again.
If we cancel
If we need to cancel, we will tell you as early as possible and offer another time at your convenience.
If the technology fails
If a connection problem substantially prevents the consultation, we will try to reconnect, and otherwise reschedule. Nothing is lost.
What a consultation is
A consultation is a conversation about your books and whether we are a good fit. It is not bookkeeping, accounting, tax or legal advice, and no client relationship is created by booking or attending one. Work begins only under a separate written engagement.
Your rights
These terms do not limit any right you have under the consumer-protection law of your province or territory that cannot be waived.
