Who we are
This website is operated by Punica Finance Inc., trading as PunicaxAI. We provide bookkeeping and accounting support services to businesses in Canada.
What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you choose to send us:
- Your name, and your business name if you give one
- Your email address, and a phone number if you provide one
- What you are looking for, the accounting software you use, and your approximate monthly transaction volume
- Anything you write in the message field
- Your consent choice, recorded with the enquiry
What your browser stores
One item, and it is not a cookie. When you arrive we record in your browser’s session storage which page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. If you send an enquiry, that is attached so we know which pages are useful.
It contains nothing personal, and it is erased when you close the tab. See ourCookie and Analytics Notice for the full picture.
What we do not collect
- We do not store your IP address. Our spam check transmits it to Cloudflare to complete that check, but we do not retain it.
- We run no analytics platform. There is no Google Analytics or equivalent on this website.
- We set no cookies of our own, and use no advertising or cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Who else receives it
Using this website involves these third parties, and no others:

What we ask you not to send
Please do not send banking credentials, credit card numbers, your Social Insurance Number or financial documents through this website. Once we are working together we will set up a secure channel for that material.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, work out whether we are a good fit for your business, and prepare a proposal. If you become a client, to deliver the bookkeeping services we agree on. Consent to be contacted about your enquiry is separate from any consent to marketing, and marketing consent is never required to reach us.
Client records
Punica is developing a secure cloud-based document and financial-record environment designed to keep each client’s information organized and separated by company and reporting period. Access will be controlled by client and user permissions, with multi-factor authentication, secure cloud storage, regular backups and appropriate retention procedures.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it, and withdraw consent. Write to info@punicaxai.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to the privacy regulator in your province.
